Omega 3 fatty acid are the greatest attention seeking source of polyunsaturated fats having wide range of health benefits with there credible functioning within human bodily system.
There are types of omega 3 fatty acid are found which is categorised as :-
1. plant based omega 3 fatty acid
plant based omega 3 fatty acid called alpha linolenic acid (ALA)
common source are :- walnut , flaxseed seeds
2. animal based omega 3 fatty acid
animal based omega 3 fatty acid are categorised in two components:-
a) EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid )
